About

I'm a sophomore at Rutgers Business School focused on Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics. My coursework centers on operations, data-driven decision-making, and systems thinking — the kind of thinking that looks at a process and immediately asks where the constraint is.

I've worked across enough environments — warehouse logistics, retail floor ops, a recruiting AI startup — to know that I pick things up fast and don't need hand-holding to be useful. The job changes, the approach doesn't: figure out what's broken, fix it.

Outside class and work, I build personal projects to stay sharp technically. I volunteer with Special Olympics and train as a crisis counselor with the 988 hotline. I also travel whenever I can — it's the best way I know to stay adaptable.

Monitored inventory levels and maintained backroom organization to minimize shrinkage and prevent out-of-stocks. Fielded customer questions with honest, needs-based recommendations — learned quickly that product knowledge beats sales scripts.
Nov 2025 → Jan 2026	Retail Ops	Urban Outfitters Seasonal Sales Associate Managed checkout and fitting room operations during peak holiday traffic — process discipline under volume. Restocked and organized the sales floor to maintain store standards throughout the season. Assisted customers with styling recommendations to drive sales and keep the floor moving.
Nov 2025 → Jan 2026	Tech / AI	Noon AI Operations Tested the platform's candidate matching and search query performance end-to-end, logging bugs directly in the development queue. Evaluated LinkedIn profile filtering accuracy against job descriptions — found patterns in false positives that led to search query fixes. Worked directly with the dev team on recurring issues; learned quickly how QA fits into an early-stage product cycle.
Sep 2024 → Present Active	Volunteer	Special Olympics — Rutgers Chapter Volunteer Linesman & Unified Partner Volunteered as a linesman for Special Olympics soccer across a full competitive season — game ops, timing, boundary calls. Became a Unified Partner in Nov 2025, continuing involvement through the Rutgers chapter.
Aug 2024 → Present Active	Volunteer	Contact of Mercer County · 988 Crisis Counselor Trainee Completed a 6-week crisis intervention training covering de-escalation, active listening, and emergency response for self-harm and threat scenarios. One of the more demanding things I've done outside of school — it teaches you to stay calm and useful when the stakes are real.
